Sometimes, I crave a quick and easy option for breakfast or lunch that doesn’t involve cooking. Lately, I’ve been making a conscious effort to incorporate more protein into my meals, which is why I’m thrilled to share this recipe with you—it’s packed with over 30 grams of protein!
This smoothie was inspired by one of my favorite spots, Mozy’s, where I used to enjoy a similar blend regularly before it sadly burned down. Combining the tropical flavors of pineapple, mango, and spinach, this smoothie has become a beloved staple in my household—a refreshing and nutritious treat that never fails to satisfy.
I use and love Ritual protein powder for its exceptional quality and taste. It’s made with clean ingredients, free from artificial additives and sweeteners, plus the taste is just *chefs kiss*. You can grab a bag here.
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 full handful of fresh spinach leaves

- Add the frozen banana, almond milk, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, spinach, protein powder, and hemp seeds to a blender.
